- Rose Atoll – Rose Atoll is a small atoll located in the Southern Pacific Ocean and is the southernmost part of the United States. It is about 140 miles east of American Samoa and can be seen from Tasimamoto Village on Swains Island, only 6 miles away. - Ofu Island – Ofu Island is the northernmost island in American Samoa and lies off the eastern coast of Tutuila island, directly north of Ta Island. This beautiful piece of land spans 4 square miles in total, with nearly three-quarters covered in luscious green rainforest and boasting incredible white sand beaches on its shoreline.
